Our commitment

StorSoft Technology serves government buyers who are held to Section 508 standards, and we hold this website to the same bar. The site targets WCAG 2.1 Level AA conformance.

What we verify

Every distinct page template on this site – including the IT Training catalog’s course-detail template, which the individual course pages share – is scanned with automated accessibility tooling (axe-core, WCAG 2.0/2.1 A and AA rulesets) in both light and dark color schemes, with a standing requirement of zero critical or serious violations before changes ship. We additionally verify semantic HTML structure (landmarks, heading order, skip navigation), keyboard operability of menus and forms, visible focus states, and responsive layouts from 390px to desktop widths.

Known limitations

Automated testing cannot catch every barrier. The downloadable VPAT and capability statement PDFs are generated from accessible, tagged web pages, but PDF reader experiences vary. If any content is difficult to access, we want to know.
