What we collect

When you submit a request through this site (RFQ, document request, partner intake, training inquiry, or similar), we collect the information you provide in the form: your name, email address, organization, inquiry details, and any optional references or links you include. Browsing the site does not require an account and does not collect personal information from you directly.

How we use it

Submissions are used to respond to your request and route it to the right StorSoft team. They are stored in a secured database, sent to our intake mailbox as a notification, and may be forwarded to our customer relationship management system. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

If a submission fails to be recorded due to a technical fault, an internal operational alert may be sent to our team so we can investigate. That alert reports only that a failure occurred - it does not include the content of your submission or your contact details.

Analytics

If analytics are enabled on this site, we use aggregate usage measurement (such as page views and general traffic sources) to understand how the site is used and improve it. Analytics data is not used to identify individuals.

Retention and access

Submission records are retained for business purposes such as responding to procurement inquiries and maintaining an accurate record of correspondence. To ask what information we hold about you, or to request its correction or deletion, contact us at the address below.

Sensitive information

Do not submit classified, controlled unclassified (CUI), or otherwise sensitive information through this website. If your inquiry involves sensitive material, use the form to request a secure channel first.
