Who actually reads my request?
A person on StorSoft's capture and contracts team. Submissions go straight to info@storsoftcorp.com - not an autoresponder. 90% of complete-scope quote requests are returned within 24-48 business hours. Requests requiring OEM special pricing, configuration validation, or non-standard terms are acknowledged within one business day with an expected return date. "Complete scope" means your requirement, quantity or labor mix, deadline, and vehicle preference (if known).
What if I don't know which contract vehicle fits?
Pick "Not sure - help me route it" in the form. Tell us what you're buying and roughly when, and we'll tell you which of our active paths fits: GSA MAS, NASA SEWP V, NIH CIO-CS, Navy SeaPort NxG, or MDA SHIELD.
Can a HUBZone set-aside or sole-source apply to my requirement?
Possibly. StorSoft is an SBA Certified HUBZone firm, and the FAR gives contracting officers HUBZone set-asides, sole-source awards in qualifying circumstances, and a 10% price evaluation preference in full-and-open competition. That determination is always the contracting officer's to make - but if you tell us about the requirement, we can supply the market research and capability documentation that supports it.
What gets the fastest turnaround?
Scope, deadline, and vehicle - in any form. A BOM, SOW, or solicitation link is ideal, but two clear sentences about what you need and when beat a long message without a deadline.
Do you respond to RFIs and sources sought notices?
Yes. Choose “Submit an RFI/RFP” as the request type and include the notice number or a link. If you just need the capability statement for market research, it’s available immediately on the capability statement page.
